What is the delivery time for my order?

If you have ordered something from Calafiori Exclusive, the delivery time is slightly different than you might be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save a huge amount on storage and transport costs. This makes it possible to price our products so competitively.
The average delivery time is 4 to 9 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays)

What should I do if I have not received my order yet?

Due to the huge interest in our products, your product may arrive a little later than expected. We hope for your understanding. If this period has expired and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to support@calafiori-exclusive.com. We will then find out what happens to your parcel.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?

To send a return, simply contact our customer service at support@calafiori-exclusive.com. Please provide your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email and the reason for the return. We will then give you the return address and confirm the return. After that is done, you can send the product to us via the courier of your choice.

What are the costs for returns?

Unfortunately, returns to us are at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier. Please consult the website of the relevant courier you want to send with for more information on prices.
